"The discounts seemed better at first"
I ordered from Mirraw because the discount looked really good, but by the time I got to checkout, with the extra charges added, it didn’t feel like I was saving much. The promo code also wasn’t working properly, which was a bit annoying. The clothes were okay, but the offers, overall, are kind of confusing.

"Communication was okay, but I lost some trust"
I ordered from Mirraw the communication left me feeling unsure. They did reply to my messages, but it wasn’t always quick, and after waiting around for updates, I started to lose trust in the process.
The shipping information wasn’t very clear at the beginning either, so I had to follow up just to understand what was going on. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the slow and confusing communication made me feel like I couldn’t fully rely on them.

"Checkout kept failing on me"
I tried to pay twice and both times the payment failed. Come on now, I just wanted to finish my order without having to keep retrying.

"Decent fit... but not the comfiest"
I ordered a kurta from mirraw.com and it was just okay overall. The length was fine, but it felt a little tight around the shoulders... not too bad, but noticeable. The fabric is alright for a few hours, though I wouldn’t really want to wear it the whole day. Average experience for me.

"Couldn’t really find my style"
I was browsing Mirraw hoping to find something a little more modern, but the style choices felt limited for me??
A lot of the outfits looked very similar, just in different colors, and it took way too much scrolling to find anything simple or trendy without lots of extra work on it.
Maybe it works for people who like those designs, but I got bored after a while and ended up leaving without buying. I really wish they had more fresh styles??

From what I remember, the size matched the chart well. It fit me the way I expected and there weren’t any weird surprises when I tried it on.

"Really nice quality, I just wish I’d ordered sooner"
My order from mirraw came pretty much as I expected. The fabric feels good, the stitching is neat, and the colors were close to what I saw in the photos. Delivery was fine too. i’m happy with the quality overall — kind of my only regret is not ordering it earlier.

Uh, the delivery ended up coming later than expected, which was a little annoying. But the dress itself was totally fine once it arrived.

"Lots of choices, but I got tired of sorting through it"
There are definitely plenty of options, which is nice, but I felt a bit worn out trying to browse through everything. Maybe I’m just tired of dealing with yet another service to figure out, but it wasn’t always super clear or easy to find what I wanted.

"Relieved it went smoothly"
I ordered from Mirraw to Germany and was a little nervous about how customs and delivery would go. Thankfully, everything turned out smoothly. The parcel arrived in about 11 days, was packed well, and the tracking updates were decent. I did have to pay a small customs fee, but I expected that, so it wasn’t a big deal. After worrying a bit before ordering, I’m relieved it all worked out and I’m happy with the overall experience.

i was happy with the saree I ordered from Mirraw. The color looked almost exactly like it did in the pictures, which was a relief because I thought it might turn out darker in person. Nice little surprise, and I’m happy with it...

"Am I missing something with the support here?"
Am I missing something, or is support just really slow to respond? I waited longer than I expected for a reply, and when they finally got back to me, it didn’t really help much. Frustrating experience overall.

"Nice outfit, but the expectations kept shifting"
I ordered an outfit from mirraw it looked decent when it arrived, but it wasn’t exactly like the pictures. The color was a bit off, and some of the fabric work looked much simpler in person. It felt like the goalposts moved a little, the photos made it seem more detailed and rich, but the actual piece was just okay. It’s still wearable and the quality isn’t bad, and delivery was fine too. I’m giving 3 stars because it wasn’t a total disappointment, but it definitely didn’t match what I thought I was getting

"Works fine, but the little delays add up"
The site is easy to use overall, but it definitely feels a bit slow in spots. I noticed it most when clicking around the filters, sometimes they don’t update right away, and I found myself staring at the little loading pause wondering if I actually clicked the right option. The filters also get a little confusing when there are a bunch selected, especially if I’m trying to narrow things down quickly. It works, but those small moments make it feel less smooth than it should...

As someone who likes to know exactly where my order is, I really appreciated the updates from Mirraw. I got the confirmation right away, and the tracking link worked without any issues. I could check my package whenever I wanted, so there was no stress or wondering what was going on. Happy with the experience so far.

I got my order from mirraw i was happy with how it arrived. The packaging was neat and there was no damage at all. The dress was clean, folded nicely, and felt well taken care of. I’m a bit particular about packaging, so this definitely left a good impression on me.

"I did get my refund in the end..."
I did get my refund in the end, and the money came back fine, so that part was okay. It took a little while though, and I felt kind of ignored at times waiting for support to get back to me. They did eventually reply and sort it out, but the communication could’ve been better.

"My order came WAY faster than expected"
I ordered an outfit from mirraw for a function and was a little nervous about whether it would reach on time. But it actually arrived before the estimated date, which was a HUGE relief. The tracking updates were decent, and the delivery was smooth with no drama at all. Really happy with how fast it got here!
